I had day surgery at the U of A Hospital in unit 3B1. Everyone in the unit provided me with excellent care and attention. Two in particular were Erica and Russell. Amazing human beings both. They not only looked after my medical needs, but took the time to get to know me and ease me through a stressful day. I know that you have dozens of people every week that you attend to, but please know that to me you are special and I'll always be grateful to you. Thank you for being so excellent in your chosen profession.
