I just want to recognize Michelle for going above and beyond. My mother was in the ER triage for a couple of hours last night and I was able to observe the incredible job that Michelle did in the ER triage. She treated people with the utmost care and professionalism. She was great with patients, coworkers and EMS personnel. I was amazed at the great job that she did the entire time I was there.
