On Saturday, October 3rd, I visited the SC Urgent Care Centre with chest discomfort and palpitations. Nurse Tonya immediately put me at ease with her warmth, humour, and clear explanations of each test and next step. She is an incredible nurse, and our healthcare system is lucky to have her! Dr. Gerard’s bedside manner was equally amazing. She was kind, patient, and truly listened to my concerns, taking the time to address them thoughtfully. Thank you both for turning a rough start to the weekend into such a positive experience. I’m beyond grateful for your compassion and exceptional care!
