Hello, Janice, I understand you are the person to whom I should direct my appreciation for the wonderful care I enjoyed while recovering from my hernia surgery. I was only in ward 8 for two full days but experienced a consistent caring and professional attitude by everyone I came in contact with. Of course there are some that stood out like Amber, Cathy, Krista? (the nighttime Phantom) but overall everyone see to be happy and willing to provide whatever a whining patient might ask for. It is a credit to the nursing profession and those that administer them that one can experience such a great group. Please pass on my compliments to you staff.
