I was admitted to ER at the Northern lights hospital in Fort McMurry around 1300 hours on Saturday the 23rd January 2021 and then transferred to the Cardiology ward at the Mazankowski heart institute in the early hours of Sunday morning via air ambulance service and discharged on Tuesday the 26th January 2021.
The one concern that I have about my treatment throughout this ordeal is I didn't get to say thank you to the staff that have gone off shift or are in a different departments.
The staff at both hospitals and the ambulance and air crew treated me with respect dignity and care at all times while maintaining a very professional attitude towards me jurying my time of need.
Well done
