My partner and I went to the ER due to some exacerbation in symptoms and hypertension. Megan RN and two other staff members did an excellent job making us feel heard and validated. Megan not only inquired about my partner but also asked if I needed anything and was ok. Dr. Lee listened to our concerns and also made us feel validated. Thank you!!!!
