I cannot begin to describe how much I was impressed with the level of care given to my sister Katherine while she was in hospital recovering from a stroke. Every shift was just so attentive and caring. The physician and the therapists were exceptionally supportive. The unit clerks, nurses, aids, cleaning staff all so professional and caring. I am a nurse myself and have been around many facilities, whatever you guys have in place there is certainly working very well and many others could benefit greatly from your professionalism and the processes you have in place.
