I wanted to share a quick thank you to RN Zach. He was super kind and professional during my visit to the Taber hospital. He made me feel comfortable and cared for, even though he's technically still a student! The kind and caring attitude doesn't go unnoticed and is not always the experience you get when you are in hospital care, but it makes a huge difference for someone like me who felt really nervous. My husband and I talked about how great he was on the ride home and I shared with my family about how nice he was to us. I am hoping he gets this message and knows he's doing a wonderful job.
