It is a long overdue thanks from my family and I. My mom, Jill, was admitted August 3 to your unit. Your care and kindness, support, and laughter made a very difficult time easier to manage. I knew I could go home at night and my mom was safe, and well cared for. It was a tough time with an acute GI bleed and further discovery of stage 4 cancer along with cognitive challenges. She did pass away very quickly in Hospice, August 26. I can't say enough how wonderful you all were on a very busy unit and I understand the challenges that come with that. Thank you everyone, for the work you do, and please know that you made a difference. All our best Marina and family.
