Nurses Jenna and Melanie were so lovely. Melanie, my preoperative nurse, was incredibly kind and reassuring while preparing me for surgery. I especially appreciated her sensitivity to cultural accommodations and the way she helped ease my nerves during a very stressful time. Jenna, who assisted me during my followup visit in the IV clinic area, was also very kind and supportive. She created a calm and comfortable environment and helped ease any lingering nerves I had. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by this team. Their kindness made a difficult experience much more manageable, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me.
