Based on my previous experience with various clinicians over the years, I found Jennifer very competent and kind. She was very patient and clear in all her instructions in terms of what she was going to do, and why she was going to do it. But the thing I noticed the most was her warm and caring disposition. I really appreciated it. ❤️😀.
