I was at SHC Emergency on Sunday evening and it was quite busy. The waiting room was full, with people coming in constantly, and the staff were working tirelessly to manage patients. Despite the crowd, the nurses and doctors were professional and attentive, doing their best to keep things moving efficiently. The volunteer that evening, I forgot to get his name, was amazing, going around making sure the kids had colouring pencils and paper, talking to them, helping moms if they needed help. He was amazing!! Great job to all staff for treating everyone with the care they needed even when stacked with waiting patients.
