My husband was recently sent to the ER from Bonnyville. Upon our arrival it was very evident that the staff and volunteers were exceptional people! Between the foot traffic, the waiting room full of ailing patients, the constant flow from the EMSSecurity and general seemingly insurmountable workload, not once were we made to feel like a burden. I am truly impressed by everyone we encountered and really do feel like we were in great care from the moment we walked in. I could not do any of their jobs! They are truly earthly angels, Saints even! Well done RAH!
