My Mom came in to the ER at RVG on November 17 evening and at some point was moved to a hallway with temporary dividers during the night as we waited for an in patient bed. That hallway is not ideal, with no privacy, but you Nurse Megan, was caring and compassionate and looked after my 95 year old Mom with the utmost of care and managed her pain.
