Hello, my mom was discharged for the unit this morning. I would like to say thank you to Cassandra and Hayley for their effort end extra care. Cassandra help me to identifiy all drug usage also, wrote notes for taking concerns. Finally she call the drug store to make sure that store has recieved fax. which I could get drug when I am back to home. Haley help us return the wheel chair back from parking place. thanks for the wonderful help again! Could you please make sure the thanks note could be passed to them.
