I don’t think any nurse wants to be a patient, but on Remembrance Day I found myself in the emergency department at RGH. I hope I can make any future patients I care for feel as comfortable in an otherwise crummy situation. All the nurses, Dr. McFarlane, Xray technicians and porters were kind and competent. My visit reminded me why I love working in healthcare and how much power we have to make a difference for others. Thank you all for your kindness and professional care.
