I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Laurel (or Laura didn't catch the correct name), who helped book my ECV at the Royal Alex. She went above and beyond, provided excellent information, was extremely warm and friendly and it felt like she cared. People like that are far and few between. I hope she gets the praise she deserves!
