We wanted to thank Laura for her kind assistance transitioning my 95 yr. old mom into care. While it is a difficult change for anyone to undergo at any age, your frank conversation, respectful approach, compassion and kindness helped her understand and accept this necessary move, in support of her health, safety and continued quality of life.
