I spent almost 6hrs in emerg on June 22nd, 2019 and was so impressed with how smoothly I was moved through the process of getting so many tests done. I never had to wait very long. But the best part was the friendliness of the staff. Every single person i came into contact with in Emerg, DI and the porters shuffling me around, were so nice, which is so so important and it was so appreciated. As a nurse, I don't usually see this side of things, but I was very impressed. Thank you staff at PLC and keep it up! (sorry I don't remember anyone's name)
