I attended the emergency department on 07-19-2026 for a cat bite that became infected. Although the wait time was longer than I anticipated (6 hrs), it was still less than I have experienced in the past at other facilities. I noticed that everyone in this department was very nice and professional to all patrons. The nurses (Katie and Cindy) were very kind and receptive to any questions or requests that I had. The tech who drew my blood, managed to do it in one poke. Dr Jacobson was wonderful. Because of my allergies to some antibiotics, he provided me with the information and the options for my care. Kudos to this wonderful team and thank you for the exceptional care I received!
