I just wanted to say a very big thank you to all of the 5 West nursing staff who were involved with my care, to transition services and to Dr. Erickson. You all treated me with so much dignity and respect and made a not so good health experience just a little better. I felt very supported and validated in how I was feeling. Thank you all so much!
