I was a patient on the surgery ward from March 69, 2021 and although my overall care was good, two nurses really stood out as caring and treated me as a human and not a burden (especially since I was in isolation). Jess and Alaine were phenomenal at their job and their bedside manner was impeccable. I have had some really poor experiences with health care providers and I honestly left with a renewed view that there are people in these occupations for the right reasons. There were a lot of high stress situations happening with other patients and I never once felt like a bother to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
