I just wanted to say thank you and highlight the amazing staff here. From the moment me and my daughter walked in, scared and sick, we were taken care of. Everyone was so gentle and considerate, and careful. They connected to us like we were people still, not an illness. After abrupt and rude interactions with medical staff elsewhere, I wanted the staff in the emergency unit, from triage to admitting to the unit clerk on duty that day to the several nurses we had and the two doctors, to know that they are the faces and front lines of health care we need right now with the general public panicking. What an outstanding experience, and I'm so grateful.
