I recently underwent a cardiac ablation procedure on June 2, 2021, at the Foothills Medical Centre Unit 92. I want to commend all the staff that work in that unit. From the moment I was "checkedin" to the moment I left, I received excellent health care. My unit nurse, Liliana, was positive, friendly, informative, professional, and caring. My doctor, Dr. Ekran Ilhan, was knowledgeable, meticulous, skilled, and patient. He went out of his way to make sure I was well informed before, during, and after the procedure. The procedure staff, Joan, Dixie, and others attended to every practical need and were reassuring during a procedure that was long and emotionally draining.
