On Oct.9, 710 pm, I was in Emerg. Rm A. It was a long miserable 3 hrs. but It was heartening to see this female housekeeping staff with a warm empathetic smile that was comforting during a stressful time. I regret that I did not get her name but I appreciated her kindness .
