I want to thank you for giving me a positive experience at the emergency on August 14, 2021. I would advocate for you as a physician to teach other physicians on "bedside manner." Bedside manner is so important and unfortunately can be so lacking amongst physicians. During my emergency visit, you had a calming presence,listened without interruption, you were thorough in your approach all with a lovely personality that came shining through your mask. With all the stress that health care is under in normal circumstances in Alberta, I sincerely appreciate you Dr. Seymour and thank you for your exceptional service to me during such trying times in health care. You are a true earth angel.
