Thank you to the staff and team on Unit 72 who were caring for my father in his last days of life. He was comfortable and at peace. The team provided information and just enough space to allow my family to have privacy but not feel alone. The Compassionate Care Box the volunteer services gave us was such a kind gift. I showed a colleague who works in medicine in Ontario a picture of the box and they immediately saw the kindness and empathy from the team in that gesture. They might pass it on and start this at their hospital. What a gift! Marcia
