Dear OR team, I was so scared yesterday waiting in the holding area for my first ever surgery (and hospital trip) but an amazing nurse took me back, walked me through the entire process and made me laugh while doing it. The anesthesiologist I met with pre surgery was also so kind and caring. She walked me through everything as well and promised me it wouldn't be bad and she was right. She gave me the perfect mix of drugs so I remember nothing but also woke up feeling great. The whole team was so so great, I just needed to share my appreciation.
