I spent 6 days in 1E starting on October 27th, while initially I had reservations about the Royal Alex in general, they disappeared by the time I left. Everyone i came in contact with during my stay were absolutely fantastic and pleasant. Not once did I meet or have to deal with any staff member that was rude, not caring or unprofessional. My experience has totally changed my view of the Royal Alex. My Wife last year spent a month at the University hospital and on numerous occasions I had to step in to resolve issues with staff and my wife, not a good experience to say the least. I just want to thank everyone I dealt with at the Royal Alex, the Nurses, the Doctors, everyone was Awesome.
