When I presented to Urgent Care earlier this month the Protective Services staff member positioned at the entrance was INCREDIBLE! They greeted each person warmly, addressed everyone with the utmost respect, took the time to speak with them (and listen), and displayed genuine care. This was professionalism and kindness at its finest! Thank you!
