I would like to acknowledge teams at the RAH for a speedy response to the discovery of a gastric nodule on gastroscopy, by Dr. SADOWSKI, Oct 2024 . Then, in early December, for gastric ultrasound and biopsy of what was thought to be a malignant tumor under care of Dr. Luciak and the Endoscopy team. Next was completion of CT scan, followed by a partial gastrectomy on Jan 9. 2025 by Dr. M. McCall and his team! (Surgery was actually offered for earlier but I made a decision to wait). The results turned out to be more hopeful, as the tumor found was classified as non malignant by the pathologist (an amazing and unexpected blessing). I am pleased to report that I received prompt, attentive, skilled, compassionate and professional care at the Royal Alexandra. I am so grateful to the teams that were part of my diagnosis and treatment. God Bless you all!
