Thank you for the excellent care that you gave to our son, Lucas, who was in last Tuesday nightWednesday morning. It was stressful to see him in so much pain and panic and your kindness and reassurance really helped him and us. Also, the triage nurse that assisted us when we arrived was excellent. Did not get her name but she had red hair.
