I wanted to share that while I was waiting in DI for my mom to have a procedure, I witnessed the porter, Nefisa, go above and beyond with a patient. She had brought him down to wait for a procedure, he was in a wheelchair, but could walk. He needed to use the washroom though, so Nefisa, rather then just leaving him, showed him where the washroom was, then waited outside, then made sure he was safe and assisted him back to the waiting area. She was kind, and patient. I wanted to share her great work.
