Dear RAH Emergency Department Team, I came to the ED on Monday, 26 November, around 230 pm and stayed until after 930 pm with depression and suicidal thoughts. Your team took excellent care of me and pulled me through a very dark and frightening day. I was a huge mess and was embarrassed to be there, but you did not judge and rather showed complete empathy and professionalism in taking care of me.
