Alex had nothing but true care, empathy and most importantly, dignity for my mother that she cared for. She instantly made our family feel at ease and went to work helping my mother feel more comfortable by spending a lot of time with her and removing some of the wires and IV’s that were no longer needed. Time and time again she did things that continued to impress us. Even though mom was not able to respond due to the powerful medications she needed to keep her comfortable, Alex always greeted her by name and with the full dignity that every person deserves, but unfortunately does not always receive when in circumstances such as these.
