I was at the UAH emerge today and everyone was so lovely and the process was smooth. I was in quite a bit of pain and the staff were patient and compassionate and took me seriously (which hasn't always been my experience, especially with physicians, while in pain). I want to thank those two staff in particular for the above, and also Rina (I think? One of the porters) for being cheerful and willing to make small talk as well. Thanks for making a notsogreat day much better than I was expecting!
