A big thank you to the Day Surgery team at RGH for taking excellent care of my mom. Everyone, from the Admitting Clerk who welcomed us to RGH, to the Clerk in Day Surgery who took the time to explain how our day would go, to the Porter who kindly introduced herself, was exceptional. Special thank you to nurse Genese who was so kind, supportive and empathetic that my mom’s worries about going for surgery were put at ease.
