I was in the UofA Hospital ER today and had an especially positive experience interacting with "Izabela." The date was March 16th, 2026 around 3:56 pm to 5:50 pm. I came in with concerns regarding symptoms which may have related to stroke/heart attack. I deeply appreciated Izabela for simultaneously doing several things: 1. Having amazing and wonderful bedside manner (it is truly becoming a lost art). 2. Calming my anxiety about the situation and treatment. 3. Providing detailed answers where I had interest in understanding more. 4. All of this while being prompt in her treatment delivery. She didn't spend long interacting with me. Fantastic Nurse!
