I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to Rosie who took care of me from admitting to discharge during my recent stay in the Day Surgery Unit. She was kind, efficient, caring, and I believe went above and beyond! I was quite scared (although I covered it well, I think) and she made the whole experience positive. I won’t forget her!
