Thank you so much for all of your care when I visited the emergency department. I was so afraid and worried and was also in significant pain. I know how much of a strain the hospital staff are under with the challenges of the pandemic. You were very caring and you obviously are in healthcare to help people. It shows in your compassion and actions.
