My doc gave me the number to Access Mental Health to start the process for counsellingpsychiatry. I was dreading the phone call SO MUCH, but Jenna was unbelievably warm and kind. She provided me with an incredible amount of information so I now feel confident that I'm on the track to getting the help I need. She's absolutely phenomenal at her job!!
