I had to visit the emergency department one night due to severe, throbbing pain, and I was fortunate to be cared for by Nurse Gizem. She was absolutely amazing, thorough, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire experience. As a healthcare professional myself, I truly appreciated the level of care she provided and felt very safe and comfortable in her hands. Her compassion and professionalism made a difficult situation much more manageable. She is truly exceptional!
