I’d like to thank everyone in Unit 22 for their help this evening. I had a wonderful shift and truly enjoyed my time. I want to give a special thank you to Charlotte, who was incredibly kind and supportive. Since I am still fairly new to the unit and unfamiliar with many things, she patiently helped me with all my questions, concerns, and learning throughout the day. Her kindness extended not only to me but also to the patients, whom she treated with such genuine care and compassion. Thank you, Charlotte, for making today such a positive experience.
