I had hand surgery on Oct 8, and I wanted to say thank you to Carlene, Erica and Dianne in 3B1, and Chris P in 1F1. I was very nervous about the procedure and they were pleasant and proffesional, helping to alleviate my fears. I also wanted to thank Dr. Armour for doing a great job in surgery, hand is doing well, I'm back to normal life. Every single person I dealt with through this whole thing was an absolute gem and made me feel seen, heard, and cared for. Thank you.
