I want to Thank everyone starting with Outpatient DI at Pureform who did my biopsy and were so kind when telling me I had something malignant. I was recieved into the Care of the Breast Cancer Unit very quickly after diagnosis. I met with my surgeon Dr. BouchardFortier, who is an excellent surgeon and a very kind person. Also, my Nurse Navigator Darlene, thank you for your support. My first surgery was at Day Surgery at FMC, excellent care. My 2nd surgery done at Arthur Child. The OR Nurses and Day surgery Nurses were amazing. From May 6, the day I had my annual screening Mammogram to my first surgery in early July and my second one in September, everything was so well coordinated.
