We are grateful to all the staff at the hospital, starting from Triage nurses, admitting clerk, ER staff when my brother in law was admitted promptly based on his acute illness. They did not waste any time and, within 10 minutes, he was in the ER bay C1, until he was transferred to Unit 38. The care and compassion we have seen from all the staff, student nurses, LPN's, HCAs and Dr Mackay and team of students residents (Dr Moon ,Tetreau, Will Williams , many more I dont have all the names). We are lucky to have this amazing facility and care team. When we had some questions, concerns about various aspects of care, they were promptly addressed with kindness and compassion.
