I just want to write to say THANK YOU to SHAUNA for accommodating my daughter and I at the SP Testing site today. I messed up my appt time. She saw how sick I was feeling, and did everything she could to ensure my test was completed anyways. She was pleasant, so friendly and her happy personality even made my grumpy teenager smile.
