She then acted quickly to provide appropriate tests and treatments. What impressed me most was how calm and organized she remained. She never appeared flustered or rushed, and she always seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. Her confidence and efficiency gave me a great deal of reassurance. She made me feel safe. She treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect, and I had complete confidence that I was receiving excellent care.
