I was in the ER in South Health for my daughter on January 25th. Everybody was so kind and caring and calm. I know things are crazy right now with all the illness and staff shortfalls. Huge thank you to Dr. Novak for all he did, and kudos to Jasper who apparently is a rockstar at putting in an IV.
