Makena was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my daughter. She was so patient and was able to get her to trust her and was able to get the bloodwork done, my daughter has a massive phobia of needles and Makena was able to get her comfortable and she was able to use a trick with a paperclip that my daughter wouldn't have let anyone else try in the past.
